Talking meaningfully about science isn’t just saying a cool fact and hoping for the best. In this session we’ll cover:
Dr. Vaughan James is a science communication researcher and Science Communication Specialist for the UF Biodiversity Institute. As a self-proclaimed nerd, his research centers on the intersection of informal science, identity, and pop-culture. He received his Ph.D. in Mass Communication from the UF College of Journalism and Communications, with a minor in Research and Evaluation Methodology from the UF College of Education.
