In this workshop, we will cover the fundamentals of strategic message framing- or evidence-based strategies for sharing your research with the public. Learn how to organize your talk so you can best convey your message to the public. Bring a very brief overview of your research so you can practice tailoring it during this workshop.
Dr. Megan Ennes is the Assistant Curator of Museum Education and Director of the Thompson Earth Systems Institute in the Florida Museum of Natural History at the University of Florida. Her research focuses on supporting science interests through museum education, museum educator professional development, and how to help museum scientists more effectively engage with the public.
